Cancellation Policy
Being a small, family operated seasonal business, any cancellation has a significant impact on our operation. As you can appreciate, a 'last minute' cancellation gives us little or no opportunity of filling the vacancy due to our rural location. As a result, our cancellation policy is simple. Your deposit, less a cancellation/administration fee of $100.00 will be returned to you when your cottage has been re-rented for your entire original booking date. Your reservation is a firm contract and refunds will not be made for late arrival or early departure. Please note we reserve the right to reject any application or terminate any reservation at any time.
Note:
All cottages are designated "Non Smoking"
Weekly check in: after 3:00 pm Saturday afternoon Check out: by 10:00 am Saturday morning
Taxes extra (5% PST 5% GST)
Extra Person: $30 per night / $195 per week
Heart of Muskoka is for family and friends, and not suitable for the late night party set.
Pets are not permitted
50% Deposit, balance due upon arrival
Visa, Mastercard, Cash and Travellers cheques gladly accepted
