Cancellation Policy:
Being a small,
family operated seasonal business, any
cancellation has a significant impact on our
operation. As you can appreciate, a 'last
minute' cancellation gives us little or no
opportunity of filling the vacancy due to our
rural location. As a result, our cancellation
policy is simple. Your deposit, less a
cancellation / administration fee of $100.00
will be returned to you when your cottage has
been re-rented for your entire original booking
date. Your reservation is a firm contract and
refunds will not be made for late arrival or
early departure. Please note we reserve the
right to reject any application or terminate any
reservation at any time. |

- Weekly Rental: Saturday to
Saturday Check in after 3:00 p.m., Check out by
10:00 a.m.
- Weekend Rental: Friday night and Saturday night
Check in after 6:00 p.m., Check out by 4:00 p.m.
- Daily Midweek: Check in after 6:00 p.m., Check
out by 4:00 p.m.
- 13% HST is extra
- Heart of Muskoka is for family and friends and
not suitable for the late night party set.
- All cottages are designated Non Smoking
- Pets are not permitted
- 50% Deposit balance due upon arrival
- Visa, Mastercard, Cash and Travellers cheques
